Private Advisory

This is for serious
business and life situations.

The visible problem is often not the real one.

What this is

Ezekiel studies both the person and the situation deeply — before he arrives, before any conversation about what to do.

The work is private, in-person, and confidential.

This usually begins through referral.

The kinds of situations

The kinds of situations
he steps into

Success without direction

What made them successful is no longer giving them direction. The business works. They no longer want the life attached to it.

Everything fused together

Business, marriage, family, and money have become one tangled structure. Separating any part of it carries cost in all the others.

Founder teams with unspoken divergence

The people involved want different futures. Nobody is saying it directly. The gap is widening while the work continues.

Mission outgrowing the business

What they set out to build has changed. The structure built around it has not. The friction is now internal.

Succession and private cost

Succession situations where personal and strategic cost are fused. Power, family, and the future of the business are all in the same conversation.

Delay is already doing damage

The situation has been known for some time. Every month of inaction has a cost. The question is no longer whether to move, but how.

Process

How the work actually happens

This work begins with a private in-person intensive.

Before arrival, Ezekiel studies the situation and the person in depth: history, pressure points, relationships, contradictions, and what is actually at stake.

He then travels in and works directly over two focused days.

The point is not generic advice. The point is to understand the full landscape well enough to define the right next move for that specific person and situation.

This work is confidential.
