About

Companies usually bring me the situation before they bring me a job title for what they need.

That's probably the right order.

I've spent most of my career somewhere between operator and advisor: close enough to the problem to understand what is actually happening, but useful across more than one function.

Experience

The operating years and the advisory years.

I spent about a decade inside Mindvalley's executive team, with responsibility spanning people, organization, leadership and operations. During those years, the company grew from roughly $20M to $80M in annual revenue and expanded to more than 400 people across 40+ nationalities.

The years since have been different. Instead of seeing one organization from the inside, I've worked alongside founders, CEOs and leadership teams across different industries, stages and countries—from companies navigating scale and leadership problems to businesses going through succession, technological disruption and major transitions.

That combination matters to how I work today.

The operating years taught me what it takes to live inside the consequences of a decision.
The advisory years taught me which patterns keep showing up even when the people, businesses and circumstances change.

Inside the work

Advisory work has included founders and leadership teams with Teal Swan, SunnyStep and Soma Breath, alongside ongoing private work that remains confidential.

During my years at Mindvalley, the company received sustained workplace recognition from WorldBlu, Great Place to Work and Inc. Magazine.

“Ezekiel quickly got through to the essence of who I am to find the best course of action that truly felt right for me and my personal ambitions—not just what the business needed.”
Traci Fenton — Founder & CEO, WorldBlu
“He has an intuitive knack for reading the pulse of any organization to find the real challenges in leadership. It is almost magic how quickly he can see what is wrong and what needs to change.”
Vishen Lakhiani — Founder & CEO, Mindvalley

The work now

Private advisory

Working directly with founders and leadership teams on the situation in front of them.

Impact & Integrity

A team of former leaders, each with real experience running things in their own industry, brought in when a company is stuck in the scaling stage. Sometimes that means advising. Sometimes guiding the transformation directly. Sometimes doing the work itself.

Chaos & Cadence

Long-form writing on business, leadership, and the gap between what looks like the problem and what actually is.

Selective mentorship and executive coaching.

Occasionally, working directly with individuals developing their own judgment, not bringing a company mandate.

Beyond business

Hierarchy, pressure, ego and competence are difficult to fake.

I've spent fifteen years in martial arts, the last ten in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling. I still train, teach and compete.

It's one of the few places I know where hierarchy, pressure, ego and competence become very difficult to fake.

If you want to spend more time with how I think: read the writing.

If something significant is actually in front of you: start a conversation.
